Dog Walker Watch Meeting in Prescott Valley

The Prescott Valley Police Department (PVPD) will host the quarterly Dog Walker Watch (DWW) meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 1pm in the PVPD Training Room at 7601 E Skoog Blvd. Attendees will hear from a guest speaker and take part in a brief training session. New participants are welcome to register during the meeting and light refreshments will be provided.

Officially launched in April 2026, the Dog Walker Watch program has already made a positive impact in our community. The goal of the program is to extend the concept of neighborhood watch to the dog-walking community, encouraging residents to report quality-of-life concerns such as graffiti, illegal dumping, and suspicious activity. It offers an innovative and engaging way for PVPD to connect with community members while helping keep Prescott Valley safe and clean.
