Here is the 4th of July closures happening in Flagstaff and Sedona. City of Flagstaff Flagstaff City Hall offices at 211 W. Aspen Ave. will be closed on Friday, July 3 in honor of the Fourth of July holiday. City Hall offices will reopen Monday, July 6 from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. City of Flagstaff facilities that are also closed on July 3 include: East Flagstaff Community Library (3000 N.
