The City of Kingman Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Wind Phone installation on Friday, June 12, at 10:00 a.m. at the White Cliffs Trail System South Trailhead, located off 4th Street in downtown Kingman. The Wind Phone is an interactive public art installation designed to provide visitors with a quiet and private space to “speak into the wind.” Located at a scenic overlook within the trail system, the space encourages reflection, remembrance, and connection.
