The City of Kingman proudly recognized the graduates of the 2026 Spring Citizens Academy at last night’s City Council meeting. Mayor Ken Watkins and the entire City Council extended their heartfelt congratulations to the participants, celebrating their achievement and dedication to civic engagement. This year’s graduates include: Ramona Baptista, Jon Berger, Tammy Berger, Amy Carrera, Elliot Chalew, Christopher Cranny, Jenise Dimmick, Janice Duvall, Casey Farrell, Buck Heath, Kathy Heath, Barbara Lane, Susan Levanti, Deb Liverence, Kristen Morris, and Carol Roby.
