Yuma County has selected Jeremy Jeffcoat as its next Chief Information Officer, bringing to the role a combination of public-sector technology leadership, prior County experience and military service. Jeffcoat began serving in the position March 30. He most recently served at the City of Yuma as IT Assistant Director for the Yuma Regional Communications System, where he led modernization efforts to improve reliability and system uptime for YRCS’s 95 regional agencies. Before that, Jeffcoat worked for Yuma County from 2007 to 2022 in County Information Technology Services and the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office IT Department. A U.S. Air Force veteran,...
