A new breakfast destination is coming to Prescott Valley as Salt & Pepper prepares to relocate into the former Colt BBQ location in the Prescott Valley Town Center. Salt and Pepper owner Leon Moise, along with his business partner, Juve Rodriguez, who leads menu development, recently signed a lease agreement for the former Colt BBQ location with property owners Brad Fain and Ron Fain of Fain Signature Group, securing the new Prescott Valley home for the restaurant.
