At its regular meeting on February 18, 2026, the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors accepted the resignation of Judge Dominick Sarno, Justice of the Peace for the Seligman Justice Court, effective April 11, 2026. The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors is soliciting Letters of Interest and Resumes for appointment to the position of Seligman Justice Court Justice of the Peace. The individual selected for appointment will serve until the candidate elected in the upcoming General Election on November 3, 2026, takes the oath of office.
