Fossil Creek Rec Area Permit Sales Begin Mar 16

With summer fast approaching, the permit season for visiting Fossil Creek will begin soon, which allows individuals a chance to reserve a parking space at this popular destination on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between April and October. Fossil Creek will be closed Mondays through Thursdays. Permit sales will begin online at 8 a.m. on March 16 at recreation.gov. At that time, a parking space reservation can be secured for one day among the dates of April 4-6 or April 11-13, as the maximum allowed for an individual is one permit per person per calendar month.
