Exciting progress is underway for Prescott Valley’s first extended-stay hotel, TownePlace Suites by Marriott. Since the groundbreaking in July, significant advancements have been made, with the completion of the elevator shaft and stairwell towers marking a key milestone. Currently, construction crews are finishing the interior footings, and by late October, they will be ready to pour the slab.
