Marriott in Prescott Valley Breaks Ground

Last week, TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Prescott Valley broke ground. In just 16-18 months, Prescott Valley will be opening its first upscale, extended-stay, limited-service hotel. The location of the Marriott is at the northeast corner of Main Street and Florentine Road, adjacent to the Findlay Toyota Center. The hotel's location is prime for a walk to events, restaurants, shopping, and more. “We are less than a quarter mile from Prescott Valley’s Central Entertainment District, and people like to walk,” says Dane Beck of the Beck Legacy Group.
