Yavapai County Enacts Stage 2 Fire Restrictions in Zones 3, 4, - 5

*** UPDATE: Beginning at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 30, 2025, Yavapai County will enact Stage 1 Fire Restrictions for Zones One (1) and Two (2) due to increasing fire danger and persistent dry conditions.  These restrictions include the following Fire Ban Zones: One (1) and Two (2), including the areas of Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, Sedona, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, the Verde Valley, and surrounding communities Activities Prohibited Under Stage 1 Fire Restrictions: Igniting, building, maintaining, or using a fire, including fires fueled by combustible materials such as wood, charcoal, briquettes, and/or coal.
