On Thursday, September 26, 2024, Fain Signature Group and the Fain Family held an event to show appreciation to the agencies, municipalities, and individuals who responded to the Legado Fire back in April. In the early morning hours of April 1, 2024, a fire broke out due to arson at the Legado Apartments under construction in Prescott Valley.
