For several years, the Regional Economic Development Center (REDC) at Yavapai College has submitted local price data to the organization that publishes cost of living figures for cities across the US. Ryan Jones, an economist at the REDC, highlights a notable trend from the Cost-of-Living Index (COLI): grocery prices.
