YRMC's Family Resource Center Brings Car-Seat Safety Programs to Prescott Area

The Family Resource Center at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) will continue sponsoring free child-car-seat safety programs, thanks to an FY 2023 grant from the Governor’s Office on Highway Safety. The ,012 grant allows YRMC’s Family Resource Center to: Offer car seat safety checks Distribute free child car seats Provide car seat safety education In previous years, 97 percent of the car seats checked as part of the Family Resource Center’s Car Seat Safety Program arrived in an unsafe configuration.
